The API Congress 2025 will be held on 27 – 28 March, 2025 in Milan, at Fondazione Cariplo, Via Romagnosi, 8 – Milan

We offer the following sponsorship opportunities for companies interested in participating in the event:

COMPANY LOGO

€5000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

ROLL UP

€2500(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

BADGES

€2000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

  • Printing of Company logo on the final program, on signage at the congress venue and on the congress web site (linked to the company’s web site)

  • Companies are given the possibility to show their own advertising free standing roll-up. Roll up can be positioned at the conference venue close to the secretariat desk/conference room entrance/catering area. Roll up to be provided by the company. The Congress Secretariat will provide 1 table and 2 chairs.

  • Badges are worn by participants at all times giving the Company brand maximum visibility throughout the event. In addition the Company can supply its own branded lanyards (about 200)

  • Advertising full page included into the final programme

  • Projection of Company advertisement on full screen in plenary room during coffee and lunch breaks

  • The Company flyer will be included in the delegates’ conference bags (200) given to each participant. Inserts can advertise the Company products, services, promotions

LUNCH

€4000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)

  • Sponsoring the coffee breaks which will be served during the Congress for 2 days. The company logo will be shown on signage with the indication “kindly offered by..”

  • Sponsoring the lunch which will be served during the Congress. The company logo will be shown on signage with the indication “kindly offered by..”

All options are not exclusive and do not include VAT 22%.
All the above Sponsorships will include the recognition as Sponsor on all advertising Congress Materials.
